Your data

Privacy choices

Ravel is account-free. Here is how to control local game data and ask us to delete eligible service data.

Game Analytics And Crash Diagnostics

Ravel works without optional gameplay analytics or crash diagnostics. Both are off until you make a choice. In the game, open Settings and choose Data choices to allow or decline each purpose separately.

Turning gameplay analytics off stops future collection and clears queued optional events that have not been delivered. Turning crash diagnostics off stops future Sentry reporting. You can change either choice at any time without losing gameplay, progress, purchases, or Daily access.

Advertising Choices

Ravel uses contextual or limited ads only. It does not use personalized advertising or cross-app tracking, and the iOS release does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. Where required, the mobile release presents a certified regional advertising message before the ad SDK can request ads and provides its required privacy-options entry point.

Clear Local Game Data

Campaign progress and settings are stored on your device. You can remove local data by deleting the app or clearing its app data through your device settings. This does not automatically remove a public Daily leaderboard entry or service diagnostics.

Request Service-Data Deletion

If you want us to review and delete eligible server-side Daily leaderboard or analytics data, email support with the subject “Ravel privacy request.” For a leaderboard result, include the public leaderboard alias shown with the score and the relevant Daily Knot date and difficulty. For other service data, include your device platform, Ravel version, and approximate dates of use. If a release provides an installation identifier, include it too. Account-free analytics may not contain enough detail to identify one installation without that identifier; we will explain the available options. Please do not send payment-card details.

Manage Beta And Release Contact

A beta request is optional and does not create a Ravel account or guarantee access. If you want us to stop contacting you about Ravel or delete your beta signup, email support@ravel.gg from the address you submitted. We use the email, consent timestamp, and request source only for suitable testing opportunities and meaningful release updates.

The signup record does not store your IP address or browser user-agent. Service rate-limiting may process a one-way request identifier to protect the form from abuse. We retain the signup while Ravel remains in development and the contact purpose remains relevant, or until you opt out or ask us to delete it.

Public Leaderboard Alias

Ravel automatically generates the public alias shown with a qualifying Daily Knot score. It is not player-chosen. To request removal of a public leaderboard alias or score, use the privacy request above and give us enough context to find the entry.

Website Analytics

Google Analytics is off until you allow it. If allowed, we send page views without URL query values, user-entered content, beta email addresses, leaderboard aliases, or Ravel user identifiers. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. You can change this choice whenever you return to this page.

Other Website Choices

ravel.gg does not provide user accounts or browser advertising preferences. If you contact support, we use the information in your message to respond to your request. The optional beta-request form is covered above. See our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for more detail.
