Your data

Privacy choices

Ravel is account-free. Here is how to control local game data and ask us to delete eligible service data.

Clear Local Game Data

Campaign progress and settings are stored on your device. You can remove local data by deleting the app or clearing its app data through your device settings. This does not automatically remove a public Daily leaderboard entry or service diagnostics.

Request Service-Data Deletion

If you want us to review and delete eligible server-side Daily leaderboard or analytics data, email support with the subject “Ravel privacy request.” For a leaderboard result, include the public leaderboard alias shown with the score and the relevant Daily Knot date and difficulty. For other service data, include your device platform, Ravel version, and approximate dates of use. If a release provides an installation identifier, include it too. Fully anonymous analytics may not contain enough detail to identify one installation without that identifier; we will explain the available options. Please do not send payment-card details.

Public Leaderboard Alias

Ravel automatically generates the public alias shown with a qualifying Daily Knot score. It is not player-chosen. To request removal of a public leaderboard alias or score, use the privacy request above and give us enough context to find the entry.

Website Choices

ravel.gg does not provide user accounts or an advertising preference center in this version. If you contact support, we use the information in your message to respond to your request. See our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for more detail.
